AI & voice policy.
My voice is my work. It may not be used to train AI or to create synthetic voices without my written consent.
What is not allowed
Without my prior written consent, nobody may use my voice, my recordings, or any audio or video published on this site or delivered to clients to:
- Train, fine-tune or evaluate artificial intelligence models.
- Create synthetic, cloned or digitally replicated versions of my voice.
- Generate new performances in my voice that I did not record.
Legal reservation
I expressly reserve the use of my works for text and data mining under Article 4(3) of the EU Directive 2019/790 on copyright in the Digital Single Market. This reservation is published in machine-readable form in tdmrep.json, in the tdm-reservation header of every audio and video file, and in robots.txt.
The text of this website may be read and indexed by search engines and AI assistants so they can describe my work and help people hire me.
Working with AI
I'm open to talking about projects that involve AI. Any such use has to be agreed in writing, with its scope, duration and fee. Write to vaf@voiceofvaf.com.
Let's talk about your project.
Tell me what you need: language, accent, length and deadline. I'll reply with a quote and, if you like, a custom read.
